Foreign Subsidy Regulations (FSR)

On 4th April 2023, JBCE issued the Joint Statement on the draft Implementing Regulation for the EU’s Foreign Subsidies Regulation with other 12 industry associations such as AmCHAM EU, British Chamber of Commerce, etc.

We raised our concern on the regulation due to excessive burden as it obliges the industry to evaluate and report the impact of subsidies relating to the EU’s public tenders or M&A’s.
