JBCE Environment & Energy Committee invited Mr. Go Kobayashi, First Secretary in charge of Environment of Mission of Japan to European Union, on 23rd January 2019.
He gave us fascinating presentation about circular economy, climate change, plastic issue, and G20 coming this June in Japan.
We had a fruitful discussion about action for mitigating Climate change, plastic recycle.
