JBCE Proposal for Better Implementation on CSDDD

On 5th July, JBCE has published a statement proposing recommendations to the European Commission on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). 

The statement aims to convey our support for a collaborative dialogue between relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the CSDDD, particularly from the perspective of representatives of EU-based companies headquartered in third countries. Given the complexity and far-reaching implications of the CSDDD, we are convinced that our views could make a significant contribution to its successful transposition and implementation.
