JBCE cosigned Cross-industry letter on due diligence harmonisation(CS3D)

Along with twelve European associations, JBCE has signed a letter adressed to Prime Minister Kristersson, President Metsola and President von der Leyen, calling strongly for maximum harmonisation provisions to be introduced into the legal framework so as to ensure a level playing field and avoid further internal market fragmentation.
