JBCE submits comments on the draft Horizontal Guidelines

JBCE submitted its comments to the European Commission in response to the public consultation on the draft Guidelines on horizontal cooperation agreements under the EU competition law.
JBCE has focused its observations on the Section 7 of the draft Guidelines referring to standardisation agreements in terms of a possible great impact on technology-rich member companies.
