JBCE contributed the public consultation to 2nd Call for Evidence BPA/BosC

21/12/2021

JBCE contributed the public consultation to 2nd Call for Evidence of BPA and BosC. The proposed threshold such as 10ppm is unreasonable low level based on the risk assessment result by EFSA.JBCE strongly believes that appropriate thresholds in any REACH restriction must be based on a realistic risk assessment and to consider science and socio-economic impact assessments. JBCE are willing to have further dialogue with European Institutions and other interested stakeholders.
